A series of high-speed drilling and tapping centers targeting the 3C, mold, and small hardware parts processing markets have entered mass production, launching three standard models: TP600, TP700, and TP1000. These machines are designed for high-speed drilling, tapping, and milling of small, complex parts.

The equipment features a lightweight, high-rigidity integrated bed. All three axes are equipped with linear guideways. The worktable dimensions range from 400×600mm to 500×1000mm, with a maximum load capacity of 500kg. The T-slots are designed according to processing load levels, facilitating quick clamping with tooling fixtures. The three-axis travel covers 600/400/300, 500/400/300, and 800/500/400 respectively. The distance from the spindle end face to the worktable is adjustable from 150-550mm to accommodate workpieces of varying heights.

The core spindle features a BT30 direct-drive structure, offering selectable spindle speeds of 12,000 rpm, 15,000 rpm, 20,000 rpm, and 24,000 rpm. It comes standard with a 5.5 kW spindle motor, exhibiting no significant heat generation or deformation even under high-speed cutting conditions. The three axes have a uniform rapid traverse speed of 48 m/min, and the cutting feed rate ranges from 0-12 m/min. Equipped with a 16-position tool magazine without a lifting arm, tool change time is reduced to an industry-leading level.

In terms of precision, the machine achieves a positioning accuracy of ±0.005 mm and a repeatability of ±0.003 mm, making it suitable for batch processing of aluminum alloys, copper parts, and small precision molds. Weighing only 3 to 4.5 tons, the machine has a compact footprint and can be flexibly deployed in automated production lines. Combined with a robotic arm, it enables unattended continuous processing and is currently widely used in consumer electronics components, small medical device parts, and precision stamping die processing.
